Together with Mindjumpers, L’Oréal Nordic has defined a mission for five brands (Maybelline New York, essie, Garnier, Vichy and La Roche-Posay), to leverage Social Media on a best practice level as part of their Marketing Mix across all four Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).
With a clear social media strategy, Mindjumpers plan, produce and publish content on a daily basis across key social platforms and channels for the five brands.
Each brand has one point of entry at Mindjumpers and we secure an optimal local adaption through our Local Social Media Managers in each country, making sure not only the language is correct but also – and even more importantly – that the right local context is taken into consideration.
Everything is set up and managed with clear objectives, targets and KPIs that are evaluated on a weekly and monthly basis to increase constant effectiveness.
Besides a general increase in reach and activity through localized content, our collaboration setup has made it possible to create cross-brand content production synergies and economies of scale. Furthermore the optimization of production, tools and processes across brands has helped L’Oréal to secure best practice social media activation across all brands involved.
