Creative Content Producer – London

We are looking for an ambitious colleague for our fast-growing London team. In London, you’ll be working across our agency and our production company, CoCreators Films.

The job

As a Creative Content Producer, you’ll be working with our creative teams keeping projects on track and supporting the development of creative concepts into clear deliverables that meet client requirements. You’ll be defining the scope of projects including goals, schedules and budgets as well as liaising with third party content creators, working with influencers and talent. You will run campaigns, insuring that the content produced meets the campaign requirements and that the creative quality is on point. And while it may not be your main focus, you can write a treatment and pitch in creatively when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing long-term and short-term content campaigns
  • Production planning for both campaigns and project
  • Participate in client briefs and work directly with clients on selected project
  • Work with designers, copywriters and account teams as well as with the CoCreators production company
  • Responsible for casting and finding locations for film projects as well as international influencer outreach
  • Assist creatively on film campaign ideas and creating treatments
  • Create production plans, high-level time plans, shooting schedules, call sheets etc.
  • Be an on-shoot as producer when needed


  • You have 2-3 years of experience with content production (including video and film production)
  • You are a strong coordinator with the ability to take responsibility for production planning and management
  • Are detail-oriented and know the difference between good and bad content
  • Have strong problem solving, communication and people skills as you will be working closely with internal teams and agencies/suppliers.
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have an understanding of the social and digital space and are not afraid of venturing into new areas of social communication.
  • You’re a hard-core multitasker by nature
  • You are solution-oriented and like to work in an innovative environment
