Account Director – Copenhagen

Today we are 30 social souls across our office in Copenhagen and London. We have had the amazing opportunity to work with some of the coolest brands in the world, amongst others; LEGO Group, Arla, OtterBox, the Carlsberg Group, Maybelline New York, Garnier, essie, Vichy, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Bang & Olufsen, and the list goes on.

We are looking for an ambitious colleague for our Copenhagen team.

The job

As the Account Director, you are responsible for the smooth running of relationships and delivery of services across a range of social disciplines for key clients. You will be the main point of contact and ensures client solutions are delivered in quality assured, cost effective and timely manner to meet client objectives and internal profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively building strong work relationships with varying levels of client contacts and delivering exemplary service at all times
  • Delegating jobs and workloads within your team to ensure that all deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Responsible for financial forecasting and capacity planning within the team
  • Ensuring a strong collaboration with your colleague directors in London and Copenhagen
  • Turning briefs into strategic and creative campaigns as well as managing and producing comprehensive, integrated social media marketing campaigns from concept to execution for clients.


  • Have a strong understanding of the social and digital space and you probably work as an Account Director today or have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sr. Account Manager at a social or digital agency
  • Have a track record of performance excellence planning, developing and managing projects and multiple work streams (incl. taking briefs and delivering on time)
  • Are experienced in translating client briefs into strategy recommendations and specific social media strategies
  • Are ambitious, goal-driven and thrives on building more business with your client
  • Are curious, flexible and embrace a healthy dish of change for breakfast
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who believes anything is possible.
