Group Account Director – London

Mindjumpers were founded 9 years ago in Scandinavia, as a full service social medial agency. Today we are 30 social souls in our Copenhagen office and have had the amazing opportunity of working with some of the coolest brands in the world, amongst others; Bang & Olufsen, LEGO Group, the Carlsberg Group, Skype, Lebara, Maybelline New York, Garnier, essie, Vichy, Coca-Cola and Ben & Jerry´s, the list goes on.

We started our London office in mid 2015. One person has become eight and with a good solid foundation of some amazing clients, we are now aiming for double digit growth in the coming years.

The Job

As the Group Account Director, you will be the main responsible for our client team and in direct reference to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the growth and smooth running of all client relationships and deliveries. You will be the main point of contact on some of the clients, while you will have an Account Director be the main contact on other of the clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to further build our current clients (more biz) and take on new clients when we win pitches (new biz).
  • Responsible for all weekly sales reporting for the London business unit.
  • Proactively build strong working relationships with varying levels of client contacts and to deliver exemplary service at all times
  • Delegation of jobs and workloads within your team to ensure all deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
  • Be responsible for financial forecasting and capacity planning within the team
  • Ensure a strong collaboration with your colleague directors in both London and Copenhagen.
  • Turn briefs into strategic and creative campaigns. Manage and produce comprehensive, integrated social media marketing campaigns from concept to execution for clients


  • Strong understanding of the social and digital space and you probably work as an Account Director today at a social or digital agency.
  • Track record of performance excellence planning, developing and managing projects and multiple work streams (including taking briefs, deliver on time)
  • Experienced in translating client briefs into strategy recommendations and specific social media strategies
  • Ambitious, Goal driven, thriving on building more business with your client.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign performance reporting and optimizing future activity
  • You are curious, flexible and embrace a healthy dish of change for breakfast
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude, believing that anything is possible
