Sebastian has for the last 15 years been working with all aspects of creative solutions, human interaction and human psychology. From being a host on TV, working as a creative at agencies to creating all sorts of movements. Sebastian has a focus on developing creative ideas and making relevant communication for our clients in the new era.

Thilde Vesterby Project and Communication Consultant

Thilde holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Aesthetics and Culture. She is passionate about communication and art and about combining the two in creative communication strategies. Thilde’s focus lies on developing communication for clients and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Steffen Skovhede Management Assistant, sales and business development

Steffen comes from a position as a sales coordinator within mobile marketing, while studying an MSc in Strategy, Organization & Leadership at CBS, Copenhagen. Steffens’ main focus is a combination of product development and sales, where value co-creation, through business optimization, is being kept as the key objective.

Sara Hansson Project Assistant

Sara does her internship at Mindjumpers as a project assistant. She is studying Creative Marketing at AcadeMedia Masters. A vocational training school in Malmö, Sweden, with a focus on future marketing. She has a great interest in social media and viral marketing.

Kåre Mulvad Web Consultant

Kåre has a background as a web developer specialized in wordpress. He keeps a keen eye on the very edge of new development from around the world. His focus lies on the gap between online and offline, often trying out new solutions before they hit main stream. Kåre works from an end user perspective, performing expert user reviews, user experience optimizing and is always up for a challenging brainstorm.

Richard Lalleman Consultant in Innovation and Organizational Learning

Richard is a Dutch man, who moved to Copenhagen after finishing a MSc in Information and Knowledge Management from the London Metropolitan University in the UK.  In addition, he holds a BSc in Library and Information Science from the Hague University in the Netherlands. He currently works as freelance consultant and aims to put learning on top of the management’s agenda.

Kim K Kristiansen Stupid Coach

Kim is the stupid alter ego of our Creative Director, Sebastian. Kim plays an important role in our creative as well as strategic process where his selfrighteous stupidity makes him a valuable Devil’s Advocate. During improvised meetings with Kim, any case can reveal hidden challenges and possibilities. (Companies even hire him to participate in out-of-the-box sessions) In his sparetime Kim is featured on the online platform of Danish National Television, dr.dk.
