What do customers look for in a brand when associating themselves with it? This is a question which all strategists need to answer when trying to communicate as a brand. We feel that working with best practice as an infographic or poster is a great way to communicate best practice and make sure that you always keep your insights in mind when communicating on Facebook.
Our Social Designers have done an infographic, based on Ronnestam’s blog post, on how to put yourself in the shoes of the customers and imagined why it makes sense for people to be fans of certain brands.
The infographic provides the basic structure to all aspects of communication for a brand, such as community management or content management, because every conversation aims at the brand staying true and valuable for customers.
