All About Social Media Monitoring Tools [infographic]Within the world of social media, we talk a lot about which tools that might be good to use when monitoring an online presence, since it can be tough to keep up with the stream of new tools.

However, I think this infographic does a good job in providing an overview of different social media monitoring tools and the questions related that can be relevant for your business.

Oneforty is the social business software hub that came up with this infographic after having surveyed 150 social media professionals to gain insight into their main concerns in relation to social media monitoring. What are the questions I should ask before purchasing a social media monitoring service? What are the best social media monitoring tools out there? Etc.

The infographic – which is developed in partnership with KISSmetrics – includes a list of tools at the bottom that shows the most popular ones according to those surveyed. In addition, the infographic presents the surveyed attendants’ main questions regarding what factors that affect selection of SMM tool, who is buying the tools etc. Maybe their questions can be good inspiration to you? How come no one ever mentions Sendible? This is by far the best tool I have found for the 76 social networks I oversee. I tried everything else, HootSuite, TweetDeck, Seesmic, SocialOomph, etc. CoTweet wanted $18,000.00 a year for 15 accounts (but you can get an unlimited enterprise account for $100,000.00 a year.) I pay $40.00 a month for up to 100 accounts with Sendible. No brainer, right? Plus, it has tools NO ONE else offers and it’s reports/metrics are very intense too! I used Ping for a while, but was just so frustrated with it.& I gave up when I couldn’t reach anyone for customer support. And for the record, I would grade Sendible’s customer support on the same level as Zappos.I work for the largest broadcasting company in the world, it’s good enough for us, is it good enough for you? http://sendible.com/?f=34048I know this sounds like a commercial, but I honestly can say I don’t know what I’d do without it. I only wished someone had told me about it sooner. It truly is a Social secret weapon!P.s. Sendible offers a free trial. But if you want to sit through a boring demo with a sales person, CoTweet is more than happy to take an hour out of your day.
