Over one million tweets including either the word ‘love’ or ‘hate’ in 2010 were analyzed in order to see what people are saying on Twitter. What do Twitter users love? And what do they hate?
This infographic includes graphs that show the value for sets of related words. The more hearts shown, the higher the love/hate ratio. In addition, the infographic shows which celebrities that were mentioned most often in connection with the word ‘love’, which is the same for sports references put together with the word ‘love’. Lastly, two clouds illustrate the most common tweets beginning with “I love …” or “I hate …”.
I found the infographic on the webpage of Social Media Graphics, and I think it’s an interesting infographic, when wanting to gain insight into what people are talking about – and what they most often express their feelings about. This is of course very relevant for all brands and companies navigating in social media – to listen to what people love or hate. Check out the infographic here:
