Digital Surgeons has been comparing the two most popular social networks: Facebook and Twitter.
See who the users are and what their behavior is – how often do they login, how many users follow a brand and how often do they update their status.
This infographic gives you an overview of some key numbers as well as some demographic traits of the users such as gender, income, age and education.

Facebook? and Twitter?
What are these?
A larger % of us older users are using Twitter than Facebook. Interesting.
The growth rate of these media and the prevalence of the use of this viral networking approach applied to business models, as well as to social life, is intriguing. It is so efficient and, apparently, is pretty effective as well. If people are still thinking this is a fad, I’d conclude it’s time to think again.
I think both contains the similar stats but there is a huge difference in total number of users.
