Mindjumpers Monthly is a update on how things are going at Mindjumpers, giving you some updates on personnel, projects, clients, featured blog posts and a look into the coming month for Mindjumpers.

During the last month, I have been looking very much forward to writing this post. A lot is happening at Mindjumpers right now, and everyday brings something new. Before looking towards April, I would like to share some of the interesting things from March.

Personnel

The most essential part of Mindjumpers is of course the people working here, so it just feels natural to let that be the opening topic.

We have had a small change in personnel towards the end of March. Thilde Vesterby, who has been a huge part of Mindjumpers almost from very the beginning, has us left for a new interesting job – I would like to take the opportunity once again to thank Thilde for her work at Mindjumpes and I wish her the best of luck.

To strengthen Mindjumpers’ project organization, we have been so lucky to have hired a brilliant young woman, Rikke Lind.

Rikke is going to be with us for the next six month (she is expecting her second child) and she will be responsible of building our project organization. With new clients and larger projects coming in every month, we need to focus on building at very strong project organization, and with all of Rikke’s know-how from building other project organizations both at agencies and media corporations, we could not get at better person for the job. Rikke is also a skilled CSR consultant that will come very much in handy when our largest accounts focus on CSR communication through social media.

One of Rikke’s first tasks has been to search for new talents for our project organization, and in the last two weeks she have received more than 40 applications, and hopefully during April we can tell you about some new talented faces on our team.

Clients and Projects

We have been working hard through March on two new client projects. Hopefully if all goes well, they will both be launched during April. One is for a large Danish Corporation and the project has a national (Danish) focus, whereas the other project has a global focus and is made in collaboration with a NGO.

Another project we have been working on is a collaborative project with bloggers and likeminded from different countries and parts of the world. The project is to build a community where members can share ideas about social media marketing, engagement marketing and marketing in general. So far, more than 680 people from many different countries have joined. The community is called Social Marketing Forum and besides the actual forum you can also find us on facebook.com/socialmarketingforum.

In April we will also continue the strategic work on the next phase of the ‘I do 30’ campaign that we made for Novozymes. We are pretty far in the process and among other things we have started to look for collaborative social media partners in UK – more about this project next month.
