Pepsi has put people in charge of the communication on their Danish website. Every time someone says something about Pepsi on social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube or Flickr, it shows up on Pepsi’s website. This is possible because PepsiMax has launched a search machine that picks up all comments, images and videos with the word Pepsi on some of the most popular social networks.

The website consists of feeds from Twitter, Flickr and Youtube along with user’s comments and playlists  – and Pepsi is the first brand in Denmark to hand over ‘control’ of the content of their website to the people.

Pepsi’s website is a brilliant way for the brand to show people what users and costumers really think about a brand. We don’t trust advise of marketers anymore, but we listen to recommendations of other users of social media – and Pepsi has found a way to use this to their benefit. If they could only think of way to make their site go viral they would really hit the jackpot.

Er der nogen der can anbefale en intelligent søgemaskine i stil med Pepsis?
