Really Cool iPhone Apps

I finally got an iPhone!

I know that’s really late – especially for a Mac lover like me, but I just always thought that the subscription that goes along with the little wonder was way too expensive compared to how little I actually use a mobile – so I got one without subscription… It’s been a couple of days but I already wonder how I ever lived without it. It’s so addictive…

I’ve downloaded and tried out a bunch of apps – some of them are really cool and some are pretty useless. I of course started with all the ‘must have’ apps like Facebook, Twitter and Skype – and they all work brilliantly. But I also wanted something a little more ‘unconventional’ and tried the Yoga Trainer Lite free app that gives you yoga instructions. Pretty useless if you already know all the positions or know there to find them online, but it might be a good inspiration when you’re away on holiday and want to practice your yoga on a beach.

And speaking of holiday, I also got the Barcelona2go seeing as I’m going there in a few weeks. It has got in-depth descriptions of the city, historical data, facts, places to see and of course a map. The map can be used offline so you don’t have to pay for expensive ‘surfing’ abroad.

I’ve looked at numerous games and entertainment apps but nothing really grabs me – maybe except for SmackTalk. It’s incredibly stupid but it makes me laugh and laugh and laugh. See for yourself:

Are there any apps you can’t live without? Please don’t hesitate to comment.
