I Kind of felt like a challenge coming on when reading Mashables “Top 5 songs about Twitter” and the article ended with “If you think Twitter has a lot of songs about it, then don’t go searching for facebook songs”.

Facebook has had at least 2 more years to get dedicated fans or haters of facebook to put some fun tunes out there – and after listening to a lot of them, I have made up a Top 10 of my favorites.

Nr. 1: The Miami U. Chezies a Capella “Facebook Song” seen by about 2.815.000 from 2006- and why I am a sucker for a capella.

Nr. 2: Rhett and Link “Facebook Song” seen by about 2.800.000 from 2007 – for originality and the fact that they can sing.

Nr. 3: Penn Masala “The Facebook Skirt” seen by about 5.790.000 from 2007 – the parody of Enrique Iglesias “Hero” have made this song into a YouTube blockbuster.

Nr. 4: ImReallyWhiteYo “Facebook” seen by about 84.900 fraom 2009 – another parody  this one of Akon´s “Right Now (Na Na Na).

Nr. 5: Oxygenmusicgreece “Facebook The Song” feat. Venia seen by about 128.500 from 2008 – its from Greece so I dont know what the hell they are singing about but it sounds good.

Nr. 6: Meghean Warren ft. Jessica Campell “Facebook Lover” seen by about 7.572 from 2008 – not a lot of hits and only female singer – but it gets in as number 6 on my list.

Nr. 7: Vince Dyer “Facebook.com Song” seen by about 568.000 from 2006 – for being one of the first songs about facebook out there.

Nr. 8: Nick Miller “Facebook Gangster” seen by about 848.526 from 2008, there is a lot of Rap songs about facebook – actually the rest of the songs on the list is rap songs.

Nr. 9: YboMusic “The Facebook Rap Song” seen by about 52.700 from 2008 – it actually have great cartoon work in the production.

Nr. 10: SlowChildrenUGA “Facebook Girl” seen by about 99.000 from 2008 – the last song on the list and another rap song this one a rap love song.
